The Reason I Voted for Obama

The reason I voted for Obama in the Missouri primary is because I saw Hillary's political maneuverings coming. The Clintons are divisive even in the nomination process. Through Hillary's power grab, she threatens to destroy all Democratic momentum. The DNC punished Michigan and Florida for not following party rules. Both candidates agreed not to campaign in those states. Now that Hillary is behind in delegates, she is using the Clinton influence to get a mulligan. Even if those states eventually hold a primary, Hillary probably still won't have enough delegates to overtake Obama. She just wants to use these states as fuel during the convention. To try to sway the superdelegates into choosing her. After all, it is her turn. She is entitled to be the next president. No matter if it divides the party or leads to Democratic voter contempt. The Clintons, as always, will fix it later. After seven years of George W. Bush sucking out all of the country's political air, Bill doesn't even realize that he has lost a lot of his campaign dazzle. People are tired and want change. Change at all levels of government. The mass turn out at the polls with over 27 million citizens voting in the Democratic primaries proves this point. No more Clintons! No more Bushs! The Clintons underestimated Obama. A black man running can only help a white woman of course. She ran as the incumbent from the start and that's what side-tracked her campaign when Obama pulled up at the rear. Now, the Clintons have to go to Plan B. Using their political muscle and leaning on Democratic power brokers to insure that Hillary is going to stake her claim. If they are that divisive in the nomination process, imagine how divisive they will be in the general election and even worse, if she is president. That's why I voted for Obama. So frankly my Hillary, I just don't blogadamn!
